Shriya Ghate
If you’ve ever stared at a content backlog wondering how to scale output without sacrificing quality, or watched your SEO rankings plateau despite publishing consistently, you’re not alone. I’ve spent more than 15 years tackling those problems firsthand, helping teams create more effective content workflows and sustainable SEO strategies at companies ranging from scrappy startups to established media brands.
I’m currently the SEO Content Manager at Black & White Zebra, where I lead AI-driven content workflows, manage large-scale SEO testing, and partner with engineering and content operations teams to ship higher-quality work, faster. I enjoy building scalable content systems powered by experimentation and AI, where improvements are measurable and directly tied to performance.
Before stepping into this role, I spent eleven months as Editor of The CMO, where I scaled content production 10x using LLM-powered automation, grew revenue by 193%, and increased CTR by 162%. Previously, as a Senior Marketing Manager at Blanc Labs, I grew organic search traffic by 80.4% year-over-year, brought unique visitors up by 175%, and launched a newsletter with a 22% average open rate.
Earlier in my career, I served as Business Head at Amar Chitra Katha, where I grew digital branded content revenue by 50% in nine months and generated $500,000 in earned media through strategic partnerships with brands like Visa, Uber, and Kellogg’s. I also led licensing conversations with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video during that time.
I hold an MA in Writing from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s in Mass Media from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. I’m also a certified Product Marketer through the Product Marketing Alliance.
